Sweat Equity

Also built in Seattle, Washington (USA) is the three level, six unit project to the right. Designed by Centric architect, Troy Washington, this building project involved the buyers participation in the building process where the home buyers were able to provide their labor as equity partners which reduced the cash down payment required against their mortgage. Each of the six units included a living room, dining room and kitchen, as well as two formal bedrooms and a third level loft which could be used as a third bedroom.

At Centric we believe in affordable housing!

We work with Engineers, Architects, Planners, and Developers to accommodate the goal of making housing affordable.
